This Privacy Policy explains how Injeel IT d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the UKP Quiz mobile application ("the App"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through the App under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

When you use the App we collect the following categories of personal data.
Account data
Profile and gameplay data
Device data
Communications data
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use any third-party advertising SDKs.

We share personal data only with the following processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement and/or Apple/Google's standard data terms.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers.
We may share data with Kvizovi j.d.o.o. (OIB 18992476590, Četvrte Poljanice 8, 10040 Zagreb), the content provider behind the UKP brand, in aggregated and anonymized form for the purpose of improving quiz content. Kvizovi j.d.o.o. does not receive personally identifiable user data.
Some processors (Apple, Google) are based in the United States. We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers, which Apple and Google have committed to.

You can delete your account directly from the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We use industry-standard security measures, including:
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and AZOP within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@injeel-it.hr and we will delete it.
The App itself does not use cookies and does not track you across other apps or websites. The App does not use the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). The Apple App Store may set its own cookies on its product page; those are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes (new categories of data, new processors, new purposes) we will notify you through the App at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
