These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the UKP Quiz mobile application ("the App"), provided by Injeel IT d.o.o., Pete Poljanice 5, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 55064630991 ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

UKP Quiz is a mobile application that lets you practice trivia, register for live pub quiz events, follow league standings, and connect with other players. Some content is free; some features and content require an active PubQuiz Premium subscription.
Quiz content displayed in the App is provided by Kvizovi j.d.o.o. under a content partnership with us.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards, abuse other users, or attempt to access the App's systems without authorization.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions are sold through the store you downloaded the App from (the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android). Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms.
Subscription terms:
The current price is shown in the App and confirmed by the store before you complete any purchase. Prices are set in your local currency, include applicable taxes, and may vary by country. Prices may change; we will notify you of any price increase before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

You may create usernames, team names, and similar short strings of text. You retain ownership of what you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App. We may remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, sound, video, and quiz content, is owned by Injeel IT d.o.o., Kvizovi j.d.o.o., or our licensors, and is protected by Croatian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works of any quiz content, audio, video, or graphics without our prior written permission.
The App uses services from Apple, Google, Firebase, and others. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
If your account is terminated for cause (violation of Terms), unused subscription periods will not be refunded.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by mandatory consumer-protection law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not affect your statutory rights, which apply regardless of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will notify you through the App and give you at least 30 days to accept the new Terms or stop using the App.
