How do I create an account?
Open the App, tap "Sign Up," and either enter your email and password, or use Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. If you sign up with email, we send you a 6-digit verification code; enter it within 15 minutes to activate your account.
I didn't receive my verification code.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don't see it after 60 seconds, tap "Resend" in the App. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support@injeel-it.hr.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We will email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Open the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Note that an active subscription is not automatically cancelled when you delete your account; cancel it separately in your Apple ID settings.
How do I subscribe to PubQuiz Premium?
Open the App, tap any premium feature, and the paywall will appear. Choose Monthly or Yearly. The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → UKP Quiz → Cancel Subscription. You can also cancel from the App: Settings → Subscription → Manage. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
I subscribed but Premium isn't unlocked.
First, try Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases in the App. If that doesn't help, sign out and back in. If it still doesn't work, contact support@injeel-it.hr with your Apple ID order number (in your purchase email from Apple).
Can I share my subscription with family?
Family Sharing is not currently enabled for our subscriptions. Each user needs their own subscription.
How do quizzes work?
Each quiz has multiple rounds with different question types: multiple choice, audio, video, anagrams, association, fill-in-the-blank, and more. Some types use partial credit; some use all-or-nothing scoring. Read the round instructions for details.
Why can't I play a quiz I started yesterday?
Quizzes have time limits. If you don't finish within the allowed window, the session expires.
I got a question wrong but I think my answer is correct.
Email support@injeel-it.hr with the quiz name, the question, your answer, and why you think it should be accepted. Quiz content is provided by Kvizovi j.d.o.o.; we forward content disputes to them.
How do I register for a pub quiz event?
Browse upcoming events in the Events tab, tap an event, and tap "Register." Bring your team to the venue at the scheduled time.
How do I cancel my registration?
Open the event in the App, tap "Cancel Registration," and choose a reason. Cancellations help organizers manage attendance, so please cancel as soon as you know you can't attend.
I'm not getting notifications.
Go to Settings → Notifications → UKP Quiz on your device and check that notifications are allowed. Then in the App, Settings → Notifications, check that the categories you want (events, news, reminders) are enabled.
I'm getting too many notifications.
In the App, Settings → Notifications, turn off any category you don't want. You can also turn off all notifications in your device's system settings.
What data does the App collect?

How do I download my data?
Email privacy@injeel-it.hr and ask for a copy. We will send it to you within 30 days in a machine-readable format.
The App crashed.
Make sure you're running the latest version. Force-close the App and reopen. If it keeps crashing, restart your device. If it still crashes, email support with your device model and OS version.
My language is wrong.
Open Settings → Language in the App and choose English or Croatian. The change applies immediately.
